FORMER MN VIKING, BEN LEBER TO BE GUEST SPEAKER AT 2023 ROCHESTER SPORTS BANQUET IN JANUARY!
Rochester Sports is proud to share that former Minnesota Viking, Ben Leber, will be the guest speaker at the 17th Annual Rochester Sports Banquet to be held January 16th, 2023 at the Rochester Event Center.
Ben Leber is a retired 10-year NFL Linebacker who played for the San Diego Chargers (’02-’05), Minnesota Vikings (’06-’10), and St. Louis Rams (2011). He currently works in the Minneapolis/St. Paul media market as a radio and television personality. He works exclusively for the #1 Sports Radio in the Nation, FM 100.3 KFAN. He also appears on multiple radio shows every week and is the sideline reporter for all the Minnesota Vikings football games. For television, he appears on all major stations as an NFL and Vikings analyst and is the Vikings Entertainment Network team analyst.
In 2002, Ben was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the 3rd Round where he played for the legendary Marty Schottenheimer. In 2006, as a free agent, he signed with the Minnesota Vikings. After 5 years with Minnesota, he finished out his NFL career with the St. Louis Rams in 2011.
Ben and his wife, Abby, reside in Edina, MN with their 3 kids: Ames- 14, Witten- 11 and Wells- 8. They also have 3 dogs, 2 cats and a guinea pig… oh, and two frogs.
